CONEXIOM captures document data with 100% data accuracy.  Unlike other solutions CONEXIOM does not rely on Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to estimate the data contained in documents.  Instead CONEXIOM captures documents via print or email with 100% data accuracy.

CONEXIOM is designed to work without requiring you or your trading partners to change your existing computer generated documents, processes, or systems. 

CONEXIOM leverages existing:

• document types and formats
• business processes between trading partners
• investments in technology and people

Documents captured via the CONEXIOM Printer or via email are processed via the CONEXIOM transformation engine prior to final delivery to the receiving trading partner.

TRANSFORM

CONEXIOM is designed to allow for each unique trading partner document format to be transformed by CONEXIOM with 100% data accuracy:

• trading partners keep their own unique document formats
• trading partners do not need to implement any new business processes
• trading partners do not need to invest in new eBusiness infrastructure

Companies can choose to have CONEXIOM provide them with:

• CONEXIOM XML
• other flavors of XML
• other e-Business document types such as EDI.

Document transformation processing is:

• tested and validated prior to moving into production
• fully automated once in production
• rapid and 100% data accurate

CONEXIOM also supports value added processes on turn around documents such as providing document confirmations and transaction acknowledgments For example a CONEXIOM enhanced Order Acknowledgements highlight any discrepancies between what was ordered and what will be fulfilled thus alerting both trading partners to reconcile the transaction prior to delivery and receipt of the goods.  This ensures trading partners:

• are aware of how the transaction will be fulfilled prior to completion
• eliminate costly processes associated with credits and adjustments

DELIVER

CONEXIOM uses a wide variety of document formats and delivery methods to transport documents between trading partners.

CONEXIOM deliver CONEXIOM XML documents via secure https post as its standard method of delivery. CONEXIOM also supports other delivery methods such as: 

• XML (other format) or other delivery methods (FTP)
• EDI via AS2 or VAN
• CSV or delimited file formats
